This Thanksgiving, I'm celebrating the holiday back home in Florida, by preparing my delicious and butter-free take on Apple Pie, featured in my debut cookbook KEWLBITES, on WPTV NewsChannel 5 in Palm Beach, Florida! How fun is that?!

I grew up in South Florida watching WPTV NewsChannel 5 anchors Roxanne Stein and John Favole anchoring the morning news weekdays as I'd get ready for school or make my first cup of tea, enjoying the comforting familiary of their presence in our living room every day and catching up on the headlines on this NBC-affiliated station. So now, I'm really thrilled to finally have a chance to cook with Roxanne, John, and their colleague Hollani Davis on WPTV!
